Booking Terms & Conditions 1. Bookings •Prices are subject to change at the discretion of 3Sixty Protect Ltd. •All bookings are subject to availability of spaces and resources. •Customers must provide accurate personal and contact information. Errors (e.g., misspelled names or incorrect addresses) may cause certification delays. •Upon booking, you will receive: oAn order receipt (sent to the purchaser). oA booking confirmation (sent to the delegate) with course details and instructions. oAdditional joining instructions may also be sent to the delegate, including supporting learning materials—depending on the course booked. •Important: If you do not receive your confirmation emails within 15 minutes, please check your junk/spam folder. If still not received, call us during office hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00) on 020 3989 7024. Failure to notify us may result in ineligibility for a refund. 2. Cancellations & Refunds •Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: 📧 training@3sixtyprotect.com •Refunds will be issued as follows: o14+ calendar days before course start: 80% refund (20% admin fee). o7–13 calendar days before course start: 60% refund (40% admin fee). oLess than 7 days before course start: No refund. •Non-attendance = No refund. A new booking will be required. •Medical cancellations require official evidence (e.g., doctor’s note). A £60 admin fee will apply to any refund. •Money-Back Guarantee applies only if: oThe course is not delivered. oYou do not receive the course you booked. ________________________________________ 3. Rescheduling •To reschedule, contact us before the course starts via phone or email. •Requests made: o7+ days before course start: Rescheduling is allowed (subject to availability); a fee applies. oLess than 7 days before course start: Not accepted – a new booking will be required. •You may reschedule to a course within 6 months of your original booking date. •Flexible reschedule plans include: oOne free reschedule within the plan’s terms. oAdditional reschedule requests may incur a fee. •Failure to attend or reschedule = new booking required, regardless of your plan. 4. Exam Resits •Up to three (3) resits per unit are allowed (as per awarding body rules). •Resits are only available if all original exam requirements were met. •Resit requests must be made within the required timeframe—fees may apply. •Additional awarding body terms may apply. 5. Supply of Training •Course durations/times provided are approximate and may vary based on: oClass size oLearner experience oUnforeseen circumstances •Final scheduling decisions rest with the course coordinator. •If we change your course date or venue, we will: oNotify you promptly. oOffer an alternative date/venue or full refund. •If we are unable to deliver a course: oWe will offer a reschedule or a full refund. •Our liability is limited to course fees only. We are not responsible for additional expenses (e.g., travel or accommodation). 6. Admission •100% attendance is mandatory. oLate arrivals will not be admitted and will not be refunded. •Candidates must meet eligibility requirements before booking. oIneligible delegates will be refused entry and will not be refunded. •Bookings can be transferred to another eligible delegate. oEnsure all delegate information is correct to avoid certification delays. 7. Behaviour & Conduct •Abusive language or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other delegates will result in immediate removal from the course with no refund. 8. Certification •Certificates are sent via Royal Mail to the address provided during registration. o3Sixty Protect Ltd accepts no liability for misplaced certificates. oReplacement certificate fees may apply (up to £30 depending on the course). •Certification delivery options: oFree collection from our head office (with prior notice). oFree standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class – untracked). Note: 3Sixty is not liable for lost/damaged certificates using this method. oRecorded delivery: £5.50 per certificate (Signed For). Lost/damaged claims must be made within 30 days of dispatch. To arrange, call us on 020 3989 7024. •Once certification is available, learners will be notified via email: oWe will use the email address provided at booking. oIf the estimated turnaround time has passed, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.
